Over the course of my career, I’ve learned so much from team members, peers, and leaders. The pattern I see is clear – the more leaders align who they are with how they work, the more effective their teams are in achieving goals and the more rocket fuel they have in their own careers.

 

The purpose of launching my own consulting and coaching business is to take all that I’ve learned over the last three decades – as a team member, agency leader, and tech executive – and put it through the lens of my coaching expertise to provide help, guidance, support and clarity. The kind I was fortunate to receive from great leaders, and the kind that I desperately needed when those leaders were hard to find.

My mission for this work is deeply personal, because I’ve lived it. I know the instant the balance is off between who I am as a human and the work I’m doing. And on the flip side, I know deeply the joy of doing work I believe in with a team of folks who are in a similar flow state.
